I was trained in Europe gaining experience around the world in the electrical and refrigeration fields.12 Years ago, I entered the coffee industry and was trained on Astoria's, Brugnetti's, Gaggia's, Bezzera's and most other leading Italian and Spanish manufacturered machines. This provided me with an in depth understanding of coffee equipment and the needs of the industry and those who work in it.
